On May 6th, 2023, Mallory Lawrence opened a new shopping experience in the beloved Persnickety Pig building. Mallory has been part of the grocery business in Trigg County for over 30 years as owner and manager of Hancock’s Neighborhood Market.
A few years ago, Mallory shared her dream of creating a unique boutique shopping destination for Trigg County with her husband, Bob Lawrence, who immediately saw the vision and encouraged her to bring it to life. With the support of her family and community behind her, Mallory opened the doors of The Persnickety Pig to Cadiz/Trigg County and travelers from all around, creating a warm and welcoming place to shop, gather, and discover something special.
